Stato dei luoghi. Si tratta di una palazzina su tre livelli nella piazza centrale del centro storico. Al piano terreno vi è una scala ed un ascensore, il primo piano presenta un appartamento, ed il secondo piano un altro appartamento, indipendente, con accesso a 2 terrazzini. L'intera palazzina è realizzata in tufo, su cui sono state realizzate opere di consolidamento, per cui risultano difficili eventuali modifiche interne.
Si è proceduto alla rimozione completa della pavimentazione, degli infissi esterni ed interni dei due appartamenti.
Allo stato è stata già individuata la pavimentazione per ogni appartamento, e la tipologia degli infissi esterni.

Primo piano Obbiettivi:
-(St) realizzazione di una biblioteca/studio assolutamente funzionale, nella quale possano essere sistemati una grossa mole di volumi, possibilmente con scaffalature a tutta altezza (come nelle foto caricate);
-(S/P) Zona Giorno: Collocare il soggiorno includendo i seguenti mobili ereditati, in stile Chippendale anni 50: Controbuffet, tavolo 6 posti, scrittoio, tavolino da gioco con piano pieghevole addossabile al muro (foto allegate).
-(K-P-Lav-cav-servizio) Zona cucina-Pranzo-lavanderia-cavedio-servizi: collocare la cucina / living, importante la collocazione di un lavatoio, lavatrice, asciugatrice, stireria. Punti acqua-scarico in .dwg.
-(L1-L2) Zona notte: sarebbe bellissimo trovare il modo di collocare una cabina armadio almeno in una delle 2 camere, in ogni caso, si preferisce avere molti armadi ove collocare un cospicuo numero di capi di abbigliamento.

Secondo piano Obbiettivi:
Stile moderno e/o industriale
-(K-S) destinata a Cucina e Living;
-(front K - front S) utilizzo estroso dei due terrazzini antistanti K-S con idea per affrescare-rivestire-tinteggiare le mura perimetrali alte cm 210;
-(!) sistemazione nella stanza senza indicazione, di mobile per contenere LP; impianto stereo Hi-Fi; libreria; proiettore (eventuale telo proiezione avvolgibile).
-(L2) temporaneamente individuata come sala ospiti / studio / libreria.

Actual situation: it is a three floor building located in the central square of the old town. At the ground floor there is the staircase and the elevator, at first floor is placed one flat, on the second floor there is another separate flat, with two small terrace.
The building is made of tufa, there have been made works of structural consolidation therefore is quite difficult to vary the interior lay out.
The flooring has been removed, as well as the doors and wondows frames.
At the moment the tiles and the windows frames have been alredy selected.
The building location is https://www.google.it/maps/@41.0397142,14.3828999,42m/data=!3m1!1e3?hl=it , the house is on top of the pin "Bar centrale".

Objectives for 1st floor:
- (St) a practical Study/library where a large amount of books can be stored, possibly a full wall height shelves (as shown in attached pictures) ;
- (S/P) Living-room where should be also placed some inherited furnitures, in 50’s chippendale style: controbuffet, 6-seats table, writing desk, folding card table (shown in pictures).
- (K-P-lav) Kitchen and dining room, important to place a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer.
- (L1-L2) Bedrooms, it wound be nice to find a way to place a walk-in closet, anyway as much places as possible to store clothes.

Objectives for the 2nd floor:
- Modern and/or industrial style
- (K-S) Kitchen and living room
- (Front K – Front S) A fancy way to decorate and use the two terraces, also some ideas to paint, cover or fit out the surraunding walls (210 cm high)
- (no signed room) Recreation room with hi-fi, vinyl cabinet, library, a projector and a projection screen.
- (L2) Guest room/study/library
