Description

The project plan as requested by the customer for partial redesign of the interior and some changes to the interior layout of the house. We also redesigned architecturally the two facades of the house by adding a visual refresh with the use of innovative materials.

Ground floor: The division of the ground floor has been revised in its functional organization taking into account the structural limitations highlighted by the customer. We replaced and unified the double room with a family room with a dining table and a wall that divides visually the room where the cabinet is recessed with TV and a library. The distribution hallway to the rooms becomes armadio equipped wall, and incorporates the Pooja at the center of the house. All rooms have been revised from the point of view of design with particular attention to detail of the interior colors and furnishings required for this plan.

First floor: the project involves the connection of the two adjacent rooms on the north side, the room is divided by a wall equipped with light wood that incorporates a cupboard and TV. Also a small lounge before the entrance to the room. Even the bathroom and closet were revised from an architectural point of view and redistribution. Adjacent to the room we created one office room and a one gym in the service of parents. The living area has been redesigned with the use of a sofa and a dining table in the kitchen service.

Second floor: This level is designed according to the specific requirements of the customer regarding the use of materials like wood in some areas like the bedroom and the living. The bedroom is divided by a wall equipped with dark wood, white marble flooring and neutrals color to the walls create a relaxing environment. Adjacent to the bedroom we designed one bar-room with a long counter with LED backlight and a comfortable sofa. The living area instead provides a large screen on the wall adjacent to the bedroom, a dark wooden wall that filters out large room with dinette. They were used marble floors and soft colors for a warm and comfortable environment.

Terrace floor: the terrace is organized so as to be better used on sunny days through the use of a porch structure brise-soleil in wood. The structure incorporates the bar area, the dining area and the path to return to the lower floor. We also thought to cool the terrace with a green sitting in the middle of it which if necessary can be used as a place for gardening .

Exterior design: The sides are treated as elements divided into two blocks to enhance the building's architecture. Specifically, the ground floor of the lateral side and the front is covered with a gray porcelain texture that enhances the attack on the ground. The side face is covered with brise-soleil wood that incorporate the overhangs present and contribute to mediate sunlight during hot weather, while the front elevation sees alternating both wood on the overhangs that white plaster on the inside of the lodge. This solution for the building is balanced from the point of view architectural and energy helping to meet the requests received by the customer.

Best regards.
