Our proposal was to fully optimize the function of the spaces to a 100%, by an adequate proposal of furniture. Our greatest concern with this furniture proposal was the placement of the objects itself to create open wide spaces in which they don't become an obstruction to the user. Our other concern was to create a full and rich experience to the user by proposing the right finishing materials and by the integration of the in and outdoor spaces; as you might see on the plans we are doing it by proposing vegetation and some landscape designs such as in the terrace of the second floor and the proposal of the roof garden.

On the ground floor plan we are proposing a temple area at the very back of the house to create a calm and quiet space for the special requirements of the activity itself. We are proposing a lounge family room where there was the guest room, we tough of this space as an entertainment space for the family and friends. We have also redesign the kitchen thinking that this new proposal will be an efficient one, combining the work zones of the kitchen in a well distributed scheme.

On the second floor we have proposed a window box along the facade area, thinking this would look great and will enrich the house view. On the roof garden area we have proposed several spaces such as living rooms and gardens that will enrich the user-experience.
