Dear client,
For my proposal, I aimed to achieve the greatest sense of spaciousness by integrating functions into fluid spaces.
An open kitchen with an island and a study that can be almost completely opened to the living room make up the social area of the apartment.
A sliding divider, which when closed appears as a continuous wooden panel (also integrating the bathroom door), creates two different usage scenarios: it opens to the living room when used as a study or can be closed when receiving guests.
A small volume located at the center of the space contains the laundry area, hidden behind folding doors.
The main bathroom is integrated into the bedroom, with the washbasin area directly open, achieving a greater sense of spatial amplitude.

Per la mia proposta ho cercato di ottenere la massima ampiezza integrando le funzioni in spazi fluidi.
Una cucina aperta con isola e uno studio che può aprirsi quasi completamente sul soggiorno costituiscono la zona sociale dell'appartamento.
Un divisorio scorrevole, che da chiuso appare come un pannello continuo in legno (integrando anche la porta del bagno), consente due modalità d'uso: aperto verso il soggiorno quando si utilizza come studio, oppure chiuso in occasione di visite.
Un piccolo volume situato al centro dello spazio ospita la zona lavanderia, nascosta da ante pieghevoli.
Il bagno principale è integrato alla camera da letto, con la zona lavabo aperta direttamente, per ottenere una maggiore ampiezza spaziale.
