Starting from the floor plan that was provided to us, I began thinking about how to best incorporate all the requested functions in the most practical way for those who will live in this space. I came to the conclusion that the best solution was, first of all, to keep the living area separate from the sleeping area.
By maintaining the small hallway—accessible through a sliding door that can easily disappear to leave the passage open—it is possible to preserve privacy in the sleeping area, which is the more intimate part of the home, in case there are guests in the living area.
To further emphasize this separation, I decided to include the first bathroom in this area, so that it can also serve as a guest bathroom.
Moving on to the sleeping area, I chose to keep the general layout of the rooms as it was before, slightly adjusting the dimensions in order to have a slightly larger en-suite bathroom. This way, all the necessary fixtures fit comfortably, including a large shower. I reduced the size of the bedroom slightly to create a convenient walk-in closet.
I have currently designed a make-up station in this space, but if it’s not needed, the layout can easily be revised to add additional wardrobes.
Next, there is the study, which is 10 square meters and can comfortably accommodate a double sofa bed.
Based on the requirements that were presented, I believe all the necessary elements have been included, including the storage room to house the washing machine and cleaning supplies.

A partire dalla pianta che ci è stata caricata, ho iniziato a ragionare su come poter riportare all’interno tutte le funzioni richieste nella maniera più funzionale possibile per chi dovrà abitare questo spazio e sono giunta alla conclusione che la soluzione migliore fosse innanzitutto mantenere separata la zona giorno dalla zona notte. Mantenendo quindi il piccolo disimpegno, a cui si accede tramite una porta scorrevole che può facilmente sparire per lasciare il passaggio aperto, è possibile mantenere privacy nella zona notte e parte più intima della casa nel caso in cui siano presenti degli ospiti nella zona giorno. Per accentunturare ancora di più questa divisione ho quindi pensato di inserire il primo bagno in questa zona così che possa fungere anche da bagno ospiti.
Proseguendo per la zona notte ho deciso di mantenere il posizionamento generale degli ambienti come era prima cambiando leggermente le dimensioni così da avere un bagno leggermente più grande in camera, dove entrano tutti i sanitari necessari compresa una grande doccia, ho ristretto un po’ la camera così da poter creare una comoda cabina armadio. Qui attualmente ho disegnato anche una postazione make-up ma nel caso questa non fosse necessaria si può facilmente rivedere lo spazio inserendo ulteriori armadi.
A seguire troviamo lo studio, di 10 mq, che può comodamente ospitare un divano letto matrimoniale.
Rispetto alle richieste presentate, credo sia presente tutto ciò che era per voi necessario, compreso il ripostiglio per collocare la lavatrice e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della casa.
