I am pleased to present my proposal for the redesign of your apartment.
The objective is to create a space that is both functional and comfortable, while respecting the current locations of the drainage networks in order to avoid any technical constraints during the work.
In the living area, I have designed a large partition unit that helps define the subspaces. It also provides practical storage and serves as a support for the television.
For the kitchen, I chose a dining table instead of a central island. Being lighter and mobile, the table can easily be moved according to your needs, offering valuable flexibility in a limited space, unlike the island which is more imposing.
