Residential - Apartment
Dear client,
This project focuses on the redesign of a 65 m² residential unit, conceived with the aim of creating a spacious and open-plan living environment. A built-in wardrobe at the entrance provides order and functionality, while the kitchen design applies the work triangle principle, ensuring ergonomic use and establishing a visual connection with the living area.
The terraces have been greened and transformed into usable outdoor spaces, and an open hall creates a sense of privacy between the living area and the bedrooms. Adjacent to the bathroom, a dedicated laundry and drying area has been designed, where folding doors enhance both aesthetics and space efficiency.
The study area has been positioned to maximize natural light, with the desk and storage units carefully placed to ensure a well-lit workspace. At the same time, its separation from the living and TV area provides a quieter, acoustically insulated working atmosphere.
Overall, the project reflects a contemporary residential design approach that brings together ergonomics, aesthetics, and user comfort in a harmonious balance.
Best regards!
