Residential - Apartment
The apartment is not very big, but it has all the potential to have a large master room with a bathroom and an incorporated walking closet. The second bathroom was deliberately chosen to be near bathroom 1, also for technical reasons, to avoid too much movement of drains and hydraulic supplies. For the same reason mentioned above, it was thought that the washing machine should be placed where a bathroom had been previously designed so that we have drainage and water supply according to the initial project.
Also, the living and dining room has a good area, and corridors have intentionally not been placed in the space connecting the studio, thus creating the illusion of a larger space than it was before with many architectural barriers like walls and too many doors.
With minimal furnishings and modern lighting, the interior certainly promises a well-executed space.
