I have conceived the "Inspire Sabyne" apartment in such a way that I have been able to incorporate all the wishes of the client, in terms of the distribution of space and the areas he needed. The apartment once the door is opened and the main entrance is crossed, you can see the unity that exists in all the interior spaces. The kitchen is in the place where the owner wanted it and with the shape he suggested. It is in the shape of (L) leaving a space to place 4 chairs and function as a dining room.
Next to the kitchen is the living room. With a three-seater sofa and an auxiliary chair. The television is 3.19 m away from the sofa.
Separated by a sliding glass door, is the work/study area. Where there is a small work table and a shelf to place books.
In the private area of the apartment, which is located behind the wall where the television is. There is a main bathroom. With sink, shower, toilet, bidet. Behind a glass door is a small two-person sauna.
The bedroom is quite large. A double bed can be placed, there is a wardrobe that measures 3.18 meters.
The guest bathroom is a little smaller, but it has all the elements, such as a shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
I have decided to leave the washing machine outside the bathrooms, more specifically in the corridor, but hidden behind two doors. This allows the person to use it in any circumstance.
I designed two more versions of the apartment but in the kitchen/dining room area. In the second version there is an island with two chairs. In the third version, the island was replaced by a dining table with 6 chairs and some hanging lamps.
In general, the apartment is very functional, comfortable and most importantly. It meets the demands and wishes of the owner.
