Description

Dear customer, based on your requirements, I started with a complete furnishing of the interior of the apartment to propose a new structure and a new layout according to your needs.
so I create an entrance area for which I've shown two proposals, one in direct connection (open) with the kitchen and living room, and one with a closure but with sliding glass doors to get natural light
The living room the sofa is +3 meters from the TV, and has direct access to the office, which is separated by sliding doors and contains a bookcase (h=2m/w-1m), both rooms have natural light and the lounge has direct access to one of the balconies.
The L-shaped kitchen with an island that continues (connects) with the dining table for 4 people, has natural light and direct access to one of the balconies and open connection to the living room.
Individual areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, wardrobe) are divided into common areas (several proposals are presented): "laundry" - in the hallway that connects these areas, a small utility space (laundry, storage) is created, Or in the large bathroom (sink, shower, bidet, toilet), where the washing machine can located and several shelves for cleaners.
Large bathroom (sink, shower, bidet, toilet) with the sauna, but without a washing machine ( which arrodet in the hallway), or without a sauna and with a washing machine integrated into the bathroom.
Master bedroom with an access to the wardrobe that changes the size of the area according to the above proposals, from the wardrobe there is access to the small bathroom (sink, shower, toilet).

I hope you like this project, created according to the rules of interior design. Hoping to have met your requirements and provided useful ideas for the project, I greet you warmly.
