The main approach for the design is a compact and comfortable apartment, with soft colour choice in the walls and the furnitures. The design of the apartment will be divided into living area and night area. The living area will include the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and an access to the balcony. The kitchen will be seamlessly integrated into the living room, while the dining room is close to the kitchen area and the balcony. A sideboard to put the TV and multimedia system will be included into the living room.

The night area consist of the master bedroom and two children's bedroom, one of which has a playroom inside it. there will be two bathrooms, one for communal use, and the other will have a direct access to the master bedroom. The master bedroom itself has a direct access to the other balcony.

The proposed furnitures is mainly from the IKEA brand (the sofas, bed, dining table, chairs, etc), while for the kitchen system, we proposed the Del Tongo brand, because of its ability to be able to integrate itself into the living room area.

An expansion idea is also included into the concept, so that when the children grew and the need for private bedrooms came, there would not be a huge demolition work needed to make the current children bedrooms into more private bedrooms.
