Renovate an apartment on the beach of Baia Domizia in "Yacht style" or very "sea style".
For now I do not have internal photos or a DWG with the measurements, but in the coming days I'll upload everything.

The Condominium in which the apartment is located is very nice, and is surrounded by two well-kept parks.
The Sea and the beach are visible from the balcony, from the kitchen, from the living room and from the master bedroom, but from the terrace on the upper awning the view of the sea and the park in front is 200°wide and in the evening you can enjoy a fantastic atmosphere.

Badrooms like bathrooms are very large, as is the hallway, so I feel that spaces can be much better used.

What I would like to do is this:
1) Cover the balcony with a pergola that protects from the sun and the evening moisture;
2 cover the upper terrace with a system that protects from sun and moisture, maybe openable to admire the sky and the stars.
3) Make the upper terrace a relaxation area similar to the cockpit of a boat.
4) As the S / P is narrow and long you could tighten the patron's room a bit, and maybe to gain space you could break down the wall and build a divider closet.
5) The kitchen is very small for my needs so it should be expanded perhaps by removing the dividing wall with the S / P and
making it a unique environment.
...but I'm open to each good Idea!!

As soon is possible I'm going to attach a DWG file and internal photos with measurements of all widths and heights.

Ristrutturare un appartamento sulla spiaggia di Baia Domizia in stile Yacht o molto "marino".
per ora non ho foto interne o un DWG con le misure precise, ma nei prossimi giorni caricherò tutto.

Il Condominio in cui si trova l'appartamento è molto carino, ed è circondato da due parchi molto curati.
Il Mare e la spiaggia sono visibili dal balcone, dalla cucina, dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto padronale, ma dal terrazzino posto sull'altana superiore la vista del mare e del parco antistante è ampia 200° e la sera si gode di una fantastica atmosfera.

Le camere da letto come i bagni sono molto ampi, come ampio è il corridoio ed il disimpegno, ritengo quindi che gli spazi possano essere molto meglio utilizzati.

Tra le cose che mi piacerebbe fare è:
1) coprire il balcone con un pergolato che protegga dal sole e dall'umidità serale;
2 coprire il terrazzino superiore con un sistema che protegga dal sole e dall'umidità, magari apribile per poter ammirare il cielo e le stelle.
3) rendere il terrazzino superiore un area relax simile ad il pozzetto di una barca.
4) siccome la S/P è stretta e lunga si potrebbe stringere un po la camera patronale, e magari per guadagnare spazio si potrebbe abbattere la parete e costruire un armadio divisore.
5)la cucina è molto molto piccola per le mie esigenze quindi andrebbe ampliata magari togliendo la parete divisoria con la S/P e farne un unico ambiente.
...Ma sono aperto ad ogni bell'idea!!

Presto comunque allegherò il DWG e le foto interne con le misure di tutte le ampiezze ed altezze.

ATTENZIONE: le foto inserite si riferiscono alla situazione attuale anche di arredamento che sono quelle che ho trovato all'atto dell'acquisto dell'appartamento e non rispecchiano in alcun modo lo stile ed il gusto ne mio ne di mia moglie!
