I really enjoyed working on your project since I liked the mood you were going for by the references you'd sent. Dark but clean and natural with a hint of industrial design.
I created an open plan design that provides you with the flexibility of space use. The area is divided into three main groups (four if you take into count the entrance hall).
The kitchen area is fully equipped with an island that gives you two seating options. One more open and social and the other more intimate for personal use.
I placed the dining area beside the windows for more natural light and the lounge area towards the inside of the room. The lounge area can be extended towards the window if you decide to merge the dining area with the kitchen.
