Briefing

L'immobile è una ristrutturazione di un'antica casa di campagna fatta in pietra , e situata in una tipica macchia mediterranea di un'isola siciliana, Ustica.
La macchia mediterranea , estremamente rigogliosa, si estende per circa due ettari, ed è composta essenzialmente da lentisco, ulivo selvatico, alloro.
Vanno disegnate le aree verdi più prossime alla casa , ed in particolare gli spazi indicati in piantina ( area A, B, C, D, E e pianta grasse).
L'obiettivo è quello di ordinare le piante esistenti mantenendo l'attuale vegetazione, aggiungendo qualcosa.
Esiste inoltre uno spazio interno, senza pareti, lungo 16,5 metri, largo 4,75 metri alto 3,50 metri con 4 porte e 2 finestre , che va riprogettato interamente con solo stanze da letto e bagni.

L'area A è un terrazzamento sotto la casa , circa 20 mt x 20 mt.
Le aree B C D sono allo stesso livello casa ; la B 20 mt x 20 mt ; C 2 mt x 15 mt ; la D 15 mt x 8 mt .
L'area E è un terrazzamento sopra casa , 15 mt x 30 mt delimitata da un muro in pietra antico con una ricca vegetazione di arbusti.
L'area piante grasse è un livello più basso della casa e sale a livello casa.

The building was a renovation of an old country house made in stones, located in the middle of a mediterranean scrub in a sicilian island (Ustica).
The mediterranean scrub , extremely lush, covers 2 hectares and consists in wild olive trees , laurel , mastic plant.
You must redesign the green areas closer to the house, and especially the areas signed with A B C D E and fat plants.
The goal is to make order at the existing plants adding something else.
It also exists an open space, with no walls, 16,5 meter long, 4,75 meter large and 3,50 meter high with 2 windows and 4 doors that must be redesigned with only bed rooms and bath rooms.

The A area is 1 level below the house , 20 mt x 20 mt.
The B C D areas are at the same level of the house; B 20 mt x 20 mt; C 2 mt x 15 mt ; D 15 mt x 8 mt.
The E area is 1 level up the house, 15 mt x 30 mt with a stones old wall with a lush line of trees .
