Briefing

1) E' necessario realizzare una parete attrezzata/libreria in cartongesso che incorpori il fan coil. Lo spazio da occupare è tutta la parete disponibile dalla portafinestra alla porta. Lo spessore disponibile dalla parete all'inizio della portafinestra è di 25cm (dall'angolo alla portafinestra). Si può valutare uno spessore maggiore non arrivando all'angolo della parete, ma è necessario garantire l'apertura della portafinestra. Il fan coil è da sostituire con uno a incasso. Si tratta di fan coil ad acqua caldo/freddo con impianto centralizzato di teleriscaldamento/teleraffescamento. La parete deve prevedere una base alta circa 75cm con sportelli, uno spazio vuoto di 80cm a partire dalla base per mettere la tv, e sopra una serie di mensole con altezza utile di 35 cm. Il soffitto è alto 283cm. Si allega disegno di massima.
2) Si vuole realizzare una vetrata divisoria tra soggiorno e cucina, oggi completamente aperta e con muretto. Si vuole rimuovere la cornice in legno dell'apertura, eliminare/tagliare la sporgenza del piano in quarzo (che rimarrà) e conservare il muretto basso. Non si prevedono interventi di muratura; l'idea è di avere vetrate scorrevoli che all'occorenza possano evitare che i fumi della cucina invadano la sala, mantenendo comunque luminosità. La cucina presente rimarrà così come è.

Non si prevedono interventi al pavimento (parquet rovere) nè alle porte o finestre esistenti. Il colore del muro sarà un off-white e sarà presente un divano 3 posti senza penisola di colore "lampone" da sistemare affianco alla colonna.

1) It is necessary to make a plasterboard-wall/bookcase that will include (and hide) the fan coil. The space to occupy is the entire wall available from the window to the door. The space available from the wall to the beginning of the window is 25cm (from the corner of the wall and the window). It may be considered a greater space not reaching the corner of the wall, but it is necessary to guarantee the opening of the window. The fan coil must be replaced with a built-in one. This is a hot/cold water fan coil with centralized heating/cooling system. The plasterboard-wall must have a base about 75cm high with doors, an empty space of 80cm starting from the base to put the TV, and above a series of shelves with a useful height of 35cm. The ceiling is 283cm high. A preliminary drawing is attached.
2) We want to create a dividing glass doors between the living room and the kitchen, now completely open and with a small wall. We want to remove the wooden frames, cut the quartz kitchen top (which will remain) and keep the small wall. No masonry interventions; the idea is to have sliding glass doors that, if we need, they exclude us from the kitchen, however kepping brightness. The current kitchen will remain as it is.

The floor (oak parquet), the existing doors and windows will remain as they are. The color of the wall will be an off-white and there will be a simple 3 seater sofa (without penisula) color "raspberry". It will be placed next to the column.
