Briefing

I want two bedrooms, one larger and one smaller . I would like two bathrooms , a larger one with a large shower and a smaller one . I'd like a walk-in closet in a room . I would like to living room and dining room all together, a single space. The kitchenette , if possible, slightly hidden but near the living room and the dining room . There is a balcony that has been closed , there are many windows ( a wall of windows ).
The wall that divides the interior of the house with the balcony closed can be knocked off . The balcony was condoned , then it is officially part of the house .
