Dear client, the redesign project of your façade consists of hierarchizing and giving amplitude to each of the façades, a simple but visibly elegant and compositional modern style was chosen from the garage roof which frames the secondary access, a ramp of disability access on the side entering through the existing pergola passage surrounded by strips of vegetation, the south façade, being the most visible, plays an important role by giving it greater volume horizontally, which frames the entire façade topping it off with the pergola space which both the columns and the beams must be thickened from durock panel boxes avoiding higher costs for masonry, this proposal gives greater hierarchy to those spaces that optionally connect with a pool which is surrounded by vegetation, the white colors correspond to metropolitan limestone silver PORCELANOSA, the black frames to metal veneers would give a metallic and robust character ust of modern structure only for columns and beams, to complement with a wood tone the WPC system can be used in wall areas as I show it in the images.
