The main idea was to create a highly functional and pleasant living space. In that sense, this apartment consists of a large kitchen with dining room, bright living room which can entirely open to the terrace, hall which could be easily transformed into the guest room, master bedroom and a hall which serves as a workspace, all of them placed at the upper floor. On the other hand, the lower floor could be considered as an entrance hall, with laundry, toilet and a deposit area.
