As alternative01 is the first alternative that everybody can work on it, i decided to think a little different and so i present other plans to keep in mind.
Alternative 03 is what i prefer due to the visual privacy of the spaces and standard dimensions.
But if you like any part of the other plans it would be easy to combine them to achieve what you like.
