With my proposal I seek to give identity and strength to the space, which can transmit to the user the feeling of comfort, warmth and tranquility, through open spaces where visuals are fundamental part as the terrace, focal points and visual auctions where Integrate the social zone and the outside.
A space that is nice to stay where you forget the problems a place that can be called Home sweet home.
