with pleasure I submit the project for your "House in the Lake" redesign.
The new order in the layout gives a perfect circulation giving you access from the entrance directly to the rooms, to the stairs or to the Kitchen-living room.

The Kitchen-living room is an open space that profits the post lightly side of the house and gives nice views to the user of the space, even when cooking.

It Is a multidisciplinary space. multi-activities can be done at the same time, so it's ready to have many users at the same time. Space to cook, talk, watch watch T.V, read, have coffee, etc ...

The environment is mainly white to profit the light, and the square room is created giving light from the ceiling in one of the corners. The Natural materials and the Details in the walls integrate the user into the nature that remains outside.

The same happens with the rooms, proper illuminated lighting makes the rooms feel brighter and larger. 4 Bedrooms for children have been accommodated on the ground floor with 2 washrooms where a Toilet is separated in one for better usage during Rush hours.

In the Basement, a nice open Environment is created by having open Bar , Family sitting and Games zone where the whole family can get to gather and even Occasional Parties can be organized. The Master bedroom is located on the left corner which opens out in a grand Dressing area with enough wardrobe capacity and shower and Toilet continuing on both the side. A massive store room has been placed for regular storage.
