Description

The house is designed to clearly delineate the privacy between the main residence and the rental units.

Vehicular & Quick Main House Entrance – A dedicated drop-off area is provided at the proposed entrance, allowing for quick access to the main house for residents and guests.

Visitor Entrance – A more scenic, slower entrance is designed for visitors, guiding them through the landscape, past the pool, with views of the outdoor kitchen and backyard fire pit. Guests can wait or relax in the outdoor living room.

Outdoor Living Room – An extended outdoor deck is proposed to compensate for the small living area inside the main house. The deck is designed with a glass sliding door to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, especially for large gatherings.

Pool Deck – A spacious pool deck is proposed, directly connecting to the outdoor living room, creating an integrated outdoor entertainment area.

Pool Bridge – A dramatic pool bridge is introduced to divide the pool and spa areas. Alternatively, the spa could be eliminated in favor of a continuous pool, still featuring the distinctive pool bridge.

Outdoor Kitchen – The outdoor kitchen will be renovated with louvers and a skylight, maximizing the space and enhancing natural light.

Backyard Fire Pit – A dedicated fire pit area is designed for nighttime activities, offering an alternative to the more casual lounge spaces.

Brise Soleil & Louvers – Brise soleil and louvers are incorporated for both aesthetic appeal and to ensure privacy for the rental units and the main house.

Rental Units – Large windows in the rental units are positioned to minimize views into the main house, while extended balconies provide a sense of spaciousness and enhance the overall living experience.
