considering your request for a functional and modern separation of your house and according to your needs I propose two solutions.
On both solutions I respected your needs and I included all you asked for:
• The rooms 5&6 are transformed to an open space for living room and kitchen and an office corner.
• Bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with sink, shower 90x120, toilet & bidet (not visible, upon your request).
• Two children's rooms communicating each other.
• Main bathroom with shower.
• Well organized laundry space.
• Home wardrobes (with niche prepared for placement), entrance wardrobe (with niche prepared for placement), shoes cabinets.
• A spacious pantry room is created on both solutions.
I have taken advantage of every corner as a storage room. Also I have respected the actual position of the drainage system placing all the sanitary properly.
Proposal 1
On the first proposal, in the living room I have placed a composition for tv unit with a bioethanol fireplace (if you wish). Dining area with dining table and an elegant cabinet for dining area use. In the kitchen area I placed an isola with a bancone for everyday use (breakfast, lunch). You could choose bancone with stools or with chairs, if you prefer. The kitchen area is separated from the living room with a step (optional). A spacious pantry room is situated in the kitchen area.
Laundry space is created with sink, cabinets for washing and drying machine, storage cabinets and a folding ironing board.
The main bedroom contains walk in closet with sliding doors and an attached furniture composition for the tv. The en-suite bathroom has a shower 90x120 and toilet & bidet not visible.
At the children’s bedrooms I placed a composition of sliding bookcases for enabling the rooms to be united.
Proposal 2
On the second proposal, in the living room I have oriented the sofa looking to the wall with a tv cabinet and a bioethanol fireplace (if you wish). Dining area with dining table and an elegant side cabinet for dining area use. In the kitchen area, I placed an isola with a bancone for everyday use (breakfast, lunch). A spacious pantry room is situated in the kitchen area.
