Il progetto crea un grande open space nella zona giorno, come richiesto dalla committenza.
Spazi e aree sono ben definite: ingresso con cappottiera e spazio indipendente per le scarpe
di uso frequente, zona cottura con ampia dispensa/ripostiglio, zona pranzo e zona tv con ampio mobile contenitore a tutta parete.
Accanto all’ingresso troviamo un piccolo studio ben attrezzato con scrivania e libreria.
Nella zona notte il lungo corridoio viene attrezzato con un ampio armadio a uso della famiglia e un secondo contenitore indipendente per le scarpe di tutta la famiglia.
Le due stanze da letto singole hanno più o meno le stesse dimensioni e vengono attrezzate entrambe con un ampio armadio e una comoda scrivania con adiacente libreria.
La camera da letto matrimoniale ha un piccolo disimpegno dal quale a sinistra si accede al bagno con ampia doccia, wc e bidet schermati da un pannello decorativo. Sul lato a destro invece abbiamo un piccolo armadio contenitore pensato per lenzuola, asciugamani oppure altre necessità.
La camera matrimoniale inoltre ha un piccolo scrittoio ed è attrezzata con due cabine armadio indipendenti (ma che possono facilmente essere convertite in una cabina armadio unica con doppio accesso).
Infine abbiamo il bagno con angolo lavanderia (chiuso a scomparsa).
La nicchia lavanderia è piuttosto ampia ed aerata; può essere attrezzata con lavatoio, lavatrice ed eventuale asciugatrice e spazio per stendere sul lato destro (si consiglia sistema sali-scendi).
Il bagno resta piuttosto ampio e consente di avere un’ampia doccia 90x120 cm e un doppio lavabo (o comunque un ampio lavabo).

The project creates a large open space in the living area, as requested by the client.
Spaces and areas are well defined: entrance with overcoat and independent space for shoes
frequently used, cooking area with large pantry / closet, dining area and TV area with large full-wall storage unit.
Next to the entrance we find a small well-equipped study with a desk and bookcase.
In the sleeping area, the long corridor is equipped with a large wardrobe for family use and a second independent container for the shoes of the whole family.
The two single bedrooms are more or less the same size and are both equipped with a large wardrobe and a comfortable desk with adjacent bookcase.
The master bedroom has a small hallway from which on the left you enter the bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet shielded by a decorative panel. On the right side instead we have a small storage cabinet designed for sheets, towels or other needs.
The master bedroom also has a small desk and is equipped with two independent walk-in closets (which can easily be converted into a single walk-in closet with double access).
Finally we have the bathroom with laundry corner (closed retractable).
The laundry niche is rather large and airy; it can be equipped with sink, washing machine and possible dryer and space to hang out on the right side (we recommend up-and-down system).
The bathroom remains quite large and allows you to have a large 90x120 cm shower and a double sink (or in any case a large sink).
