Briefing

We would like a home with: at the 1st floor master bedroom and two children room, with walk-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, one with jacuzi. On the ground floor: games room, large open-plan kitchen with island, living room and TV area with sofas, a small bathroom and a small storage room. Floor -1, which is dug out, a study, a built-in kitchen to serve the 'outside in the summer time, a small bathroom with shower, and a common area, this floor has two window doors, but only one is very light, others are very dark. We wish to have parquet in all the house. The gas heating with radiators is now outdated, we have half a mind to put ducted heating served by electric solar panels, but we seek suggestions. Around the island and perhaps around the jacuzi and shower we would like to put some antique stones we already have. We like the understated elegance but with personality, so we want a home that is not eccentric but original. We would like to include some antique pieces and designer pieces toghether

Vorremmo una casa con al piano 1° una camera matrimoniale e due per i bambini, con cabine armadio, 2 bagni di cui uno con jacuzi. Al piano terra camera giochi grande open space con cucina a vista con isola, soggiorno e spazio tv con divani, un piccolo bagno di servizio ed un piccolo sgabuzzino, a piano -1 che è sbancato, uno studio, una cucina in muratura per servire l'esterno d'estate, un piccolo bagno con doccia, ed un area comune, questo piano ha due porte finestre ed un lucernaio, ma solo una porta finestra è davvero luminosa, le altre sono molto buie. In tutta la casa vorremmo il parquet, il riscaldamento attualmente è a gas con termosifoni vecchiotti, abbiamo una mezza idea di mettere riscaldamento canalizzato con un abbassamento di volta, elettrico servito da pannelli solari, ma cerchiamo suggerimenti. Intorno all'isola e forse intorno alla jacuzi e alla doccia vorremmo mettere delle chianche antiche che abbiamo già. Ci piace l'eleganza sobria ma con personalità, quindi vogliamo una casa che non sia eccentrica, semmai originale. Vorremmo inserire qualche pezzo d'antiquariato insieme a pezzi di design.
