Greetings fellow Client! First of all i would like to compliment your choice of architectural source for your property. Second i would like to explain my project and its details. First i will explain my space planning concerning the divide between your home and BB. I used your existing entrances to create two different spaces. Your home as you can see is provided with all the rooms and function that you required. It style will be elegance mixed with natural elements to match your living area near the sea,as you can see in the furniture list and finishes list. As it concerns the BB i managed to create 3 double rooms and a triple room with its standard included. It style will be elegant and simple,i managed to save you marble floor,and furnish it with ikea furnitures that are low cost. Now as we see the enginering way, i think we both agree that your drains are not enough to have 6 bathrooms...but worry not! with just a little more cost you can provide passage to drains from your bathrooms using a engineer specialised in this field. About your demolition and reconstruction plan i managed to put a scheme that shows the walls that are being demolited and the new ones. It also shows that how many square meters you would demolite and how much you will build. I could have put a cost in them but i dont know ecxately the prices in Italy(for building brick walls) so you just ask a worker and tell him my notes,and he will tell you.
