Project description

The proposed design focuses on maximizing functionality and enhancing the sense of spatial openness. Upon entering, the space is defined by an integrated area that includes the ethanol fireplace, the living room, and a wall finished with light-toned wood panels. A new wall along the staircase accommodates an 85-inch television, while a painting behind the sofa adds a touch of color.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which features an extendable table with seating capacity for up to ten people. Directly in front of it is the kitchen, which can be concealed ื‘ืืžืฆืขื•ืช sliding glass doors, either frosted or mirrored.

The kitchen is spacious and bright, a quality reinforced by the addition of a new window, matching the size and alignment of the one on the upper level. It also includes a functional bar that can be used for both breakfast and food preparation.

Additionally, the space beneath the staircase is utilized as storage. This solution helps maintain order by providing a discreet area to store items out of sight.

The design incorporates a palette of light colors combined with wood accents, enhancing brightness, a sense of openness, and an overall feeling of warmth and harmony throughout the space.
