This project is designed as a modern, warm, and inviting living space that balances functionality with a strong visual identity.

The concept focuses on clean lines, soft neutral tones, and natural materials. We used light wood flooring in a herringbone pattern to bring texture and elegance, while keeping the overall atmosphere calm and cohesive.

One of the key features of the design is the integration of the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one open space. This creates a natural flow and makes the environment feel more spacious and connected.

In the kitchen, we introduced a statement stone with bold veining to add character and a sense of luxury. This material becomes a focal point, especially in the island and backsplash, while the cabinetry remains minimal and refined.

The dining area includes a built-in bench, also known as a banquette, which maximizes space and creates a more intimate and comfortable setting.

To bring personality into the space, we incorporated accent tones in blue and orange. These colors appear in selected furniture pieces and artwork, creating contrast while maintaining harmony with the neutral base palette.

Lighting plays an important role in the project. We combined architectural ceiling lights with decorative fixtures to create layers of light, enhancing both functionality and ambiance.

Finally, the furniture selection follows a modern approach with soft shapes and warm tones, making the space feel comfortable, elegant, and livable.

Overall, the design aims to create a modern home that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
