Project description

Based on your requests, here is the updated architectural plan for the ground floor. Here is a summary of the main changes and additions, all integrated within a neutral and warm aesthetic with touches of color:
Integrated Fireplace Wall (1): We have redesigned the wall separating the living room (S) and the garage (BOX) to include a full-height wall featuring a central, built-in bioethanol fireplace. The space above and around the fireplace is ideal for shelving or artworks to add creative color and warmth.
Dining Solutions (2 & 3):
In the Kitchen (2): A smaller, practical table with two chairs has been placed for quick daily meals.
In the Living Area (3): An extendable large dining table is positioned under the window, allowing you to easily host dinners for 6-8 guests.
Separation and Understairs (4): A full-height glass partition with black metal frames (or dark colors for contrast) now clearly separates the kitchen (K) from the living area (S). The area directly under the staircase, accessible from the kitchen, has been transformed into a functional and creative zone, such as a custom pantry, bar, or bookshelf.
Color Accents: I have added colored circles to the plan—deep teal for the fireplace wall and burnt orange in the new understairs space—to represent the decorative, creative touches and textured finishes within the neutral palette.
Materials: All original elements like the stone stairs and exterior paving remain unchanged.
