Project description

In this design, the space beneath the staircase, due to its proximity to the entrance, has been functionally transformed into an entry area. This zone incorporates a combination of a coat hanger, shoe storage, and a mirror, addressing practical needs while enhancing the visual order and appeal upon arrival. The design language of this area is seamlessly extended into the staircase handrail, creating a cohesive and integrated aesthetic.

In the kitchen, all functional requirements have been carefully considered, including the provision of essential appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave, and other kitchen equipment. The layout follows an efficient work triangle principle to ensure optimal accessibility and usability. At the center of the kitchen, a kitchen island is designed with an integrated pull-out table, allowing it to be extended into a dining table accommodating 8 to 10 people. Additionally, on a daily basis, the kitchen can be separated from the rest of the space through a glass partition, providing flexibility between open and closed configurations.

In the living area, an ethanol fireplace is positioned beneath the TV wall, thoughtfully integrated with the decorative surfaces and media setup. This feature adds warmth to the space while contributing to a modern and visually appealing composition.
