Hi,
I based my project on 3 different parameters,

- dynamism, this space have to be “lean” like a the tech company that is hosting, the number of people can be enlarged and many elements can be changed during the time without compromise the entire spaces
-Simple and refine, this space have to be cool and refined, without excess and have to be loved from the people that work there, have to be considered a great place to work
-Nature and sport, this space have to represent the people that work there, the green wall at the entrance with the bikes parked the use of plants in the interior the use of wood the possibility to use the huge wall that divide the workstation area from the management area can be used to do free climb.

I would like to start for the floorplan, (the one the areas with colors) I divided the space in different macro areas. Offices on the right (2) for management team, bar area (3) and meeting room area (4) that create a frame dividing the action area with all workstations (6-5-8) and the rest areas (7-9) that are close to the workstation areas.
The space is structured to be very good connected but in the same time separated to don’t mess up each other.

What really makes this space unique is huge number of elements that characterized each corners, think to enter in the entrance and see the green wall made with real grass and flowers that can give armony freshness and good smell, than turn on the right and get a cup of coffee with you colleague. At this point if you are an employee to going to your workstation in a very large and open area illuminated with natural light. If you like to isolated to work or thing you can jump on one of the many nest-rests in the space and lift yourself up and working with your laptop, or going in the rest areas on the second floor or spread in the space.

I personally visited the office of Autodesk in SF, all space are different, with different finishing, different environments it gives to people that live the space the idea to be in a huge space to change his prospective of the space to win the monotony and live better the space, work and live in a flat space give you a bad mood a depressing feeling and boring experience. This is the reason why the space that I designed is very variable can be lived in many different way giving the freedom of workers to live them own space, I guarantee that they will love that.

I believe that this space represent in my option your company and your life style.
