Vorrei costruire un performance center per il Golf
La nostra azienda ha acquistato questo spazio per spostarsi e creare un nuovo centro di eccellenza per il gioco del golf. Essendo uno spazio indoor dove studiare i bastoni più performanti per il giocatore e fare anche lezioni con dei maestri sono richieste alcune cose fondamentali.
Le zone principali sono 5:
1) Ingresso; con reception e area per acquisto di abbigliamento e attrezzatura seguiti da un commesso, possibilità di avere un camerino. Pensavamo ad un’area negozio di ca. 100 Mq. e una zona reception di ca. 50mq.
2) Area Lounge; dove sarà possibile attendere il proprio turno o riposarsi guardando il golf alla tv bere qualcosa fare delle chiacchiere e in prossimità tra questa zona e il “negozio” un putting green di ca. 25/30 mq.
3) Area Fitting; composta da quattro stanze (due per il fitting lunghe 9 mt e larghe 5 alte 3, una per mettere tutti i bastoni e le teste dei bastoni come da foto allegata e l’ultima una zona fitting per il putter, lunga 7mt e larga 3,5/4mt l’altezza di 3mt è sufficiente.) Nelle aree fitting è bene tenere una zona dove un accompagnatore può assistere, e una scrivania per un computer.
4) Area Simulatori; due postazioni dove i clienti possono sia giocare in autonomia o fare lezione, sarebbe ottimo non troppo lontano dalla zona Lounge, (dimensioni singola postazione 4,6 X 7,6 altezza 3,0 mt.)
5) Laboratorio e Magazzino; due zone adiacenti per la realizzazione dei prodotti e lo stoccaggio del magazzino. Il laboratorio deve essere posizionato vicino ad un muro dove poter mettere degli aspiratori. (accesso esterno)
Da non dimenticare una zona spogliatoi minimale e gli uffici che dovranno essere uno amministrativo e uno direzionale, quest’ultimo possibilmente diviso in due ambienti o se dovesse risultare più comodo anche in due aree differenti ma non troppo distanti dalle aree fitting.
Per quanto riguarda i bagni dovranno essere:
Uno dei clienti diviso per uomini e donne.
Una zona spogliatoio con doccia con la possibilità di avere 3/4 armadietti.
Uno per la direzione.
Uno per i dipendenti.
Ci piacerebbe che l’entrata rispetto al cancello fosse una dei due portoni di sinistra e saremmo anche disponibili a chiudere uno o più portoni e, se opportuno mettere qualche vetrata laterale.
Nelle aree di gioco il riscaldamento non è molto importante in quanto il movimento è sufficiente a scaldare il cliente mentre nelle altre aree lo è.

I would like to build a performance center for golf
Our company has purchased this space to move and create a new center of excellence for the game of golf. Being an indoor space where you can study the best performing clubs for the player and also do lessons with teachers, some fundamental things are required.

5) Laboratory and Warehouse; two adjacent areas for the production of products and warehouse storage. The laboratory must be positioned near a wall where you can put aspirators. (external access)
Do not forget a minimal changing room area and offices which must be one administrative and one executive, the latter possibly divided into two rooms or if it should be more comfortable even in two different areas but not too far from the fitting areas.
As for the bathrooms, they must be:
One of the clients divided into men and women.
A changing room area with shower with the possibility of having 3/4 lockers.
One for the management.
One for the employees.
We would like the entrance to the gate to be one of the two doors on the left and we would also be available to close one or more doors and, if appropriate, put some side windows.
In the play areas the warm-up is not very important as the movement is sufficient to warm the client while in the other areas it is.

Me gustaría construir un Performance Center para Golf.
Nuestra empresa ha adquirido este espacio para moverse y crear un nuevo centro de excelencia para el juego del golf. Al ser un espacio interior donde se pueden estudiar los palos de mejor desempeño para el jugador y también hacer lecciones con los profesores, se requieren algunas cosas fundamentales.
Las áreas principales son 5:
1) Entrada; con recepción y área para la compra de ropa y equipo seguido de un vendedor, posibilidad de tener un vestidor. Estábamos pensando en una superficie comercial de aprox. 100 metros cuadrados y un área de recepción de aprox. 50m².
2) Área de descanso; donde será posible esperar su turno o descansar viendo golf en la tele, tomar una copa, charlar y en las inmediaciones de esta zona y de la "tienda" un putting green de aprox. 25/30 metros cuadrados.
3) Área de montaje; compuesto por cuatro salas (dos para encajar 9 metros de largo y 5 metros de alto 3, una para poner todos los palos y cabezas de palos como en la foto adjunta y la última una zona de encastre para el putter, de 7 metros de largo y 3,5/ 4mt de ancho, la altura de 3mt es suficiente.) En las áreas de montaje es bueno tener un área donde un acompañante pueda ayudar, y un escritorio para una computadora.
4) Área de Simuladores; dos estaciones de trabajo donde los clientes pueden jugar de forma independiente o tomar lecciones, sería genial no muy lejos del área Lounge (dimensiones de una sola estación de trabajo 4.6 X 7.6 altura 3.0 metros).
5) Laboratorio y Almacén; dos áreas adyacentes para la producción de productos y bodega de almacenamiento. El laboratorio debe colocarse cerca de una pared donde pueda colocar los aspiradores (acceso externo)
No olvidar incluir mínimo un vestuario y oficinas que deben ser una administrativa y una ejecutiva, esta última posiblemente dividida en dos salas, o si resulta ser más cómoda incluso en dos áreas diferentes pero no demasiado alejadas de los probadores.
En cuanto a los baños, deben ser:
Uno de los clientes dividido en hombres y mujeres.
Un vestuario con ducha con posibilidad de tener 3/4 de taquillas.
Uno para la gerencia.
Uno para los empleados.
Nos gustaría que la entrada al portón fuera una de las dos puertas de la izquierda y también estaríamos disponibles para cerrar una o más puertas y, en su caso, poner algunas ventanas laterales.
En las áreas de juego el calentamiento no es muy importante ya que el movimiento es suficiente para calentar al cliente mientras que en las otras áreas sí lo es.
