Good morning, I have to renovate a farmhouse with adjoining appliances to be used as a B&B. El lado oeste tendrá un cobertizo abierto en tres lados para dos plazas de aparcamiento, los términos loft y invernadero, que en mi opinión son lo mismo.

Buongiorno, devo ristrutturare un casale con annessa pertinenza da adibire a B&B. La pertinenza ,che ho chiamato giardino di inverno ha una superficie di 100 mq che si sviluppa su un solo piano in riva al fiume. Questa pertinenza, dovrà essere disponibile in futuro per gli ospiti del B&B. Nel frattempo risulterà essere la mia abitazione provvisoria, in attesa della ristrutturazione del fabbricato che dista circa 5 m dalla pertinenza. Io immagino questa sorta di Loft con un ampia zona giorno che si apre sul fiume con infissi ( tipo vetrate sul lato sud, finestre sul lato nord con ingresso al Giardino di inverno o (LOFT) con una cucina non molto grande a vista, un bagno una camera da letto, eventuale cameretta. IL lato est che da sul fiume avrà un caminetto (o stufa tipo stube) centrale e due porte finestre laterali. Il lato sud si affaccia su un area adibita a giardino larga 7 m circa e lunga tutto il loft. il lato nord si affaccia sul fabbricato che sarà il B&B.( che dista circa 5 mt)IL lato ovest avrà una tettoia aperta sui tre lati per due posti auto. La tettoia è il prolungamento del tetto del giardino di inverno. Ho usato i termini loft e giardino di inverno che nella mia mente sono la stessa cosa.
