The project includes the demolition of the existing partitions and create new partitions to meet the needs of the customer. We have a living area where there is a kitchen (4 modules 60 x 60 cm = 240 cm) equipped with everything that had been requested by the customer, a table and a small lounge with two armchairs and a coffee table. I tried to illuminate this space as much as possible using the three available windows, the fourth was reserved for the bedroom.
The blind bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet and a masonry shower. The decision to build a masonry shower was forced to the irregularity due to the pillar against the wall. Not to lose space has therefore taken this decision. The bedroom has a double bed (140-170 cm) a double wardrobe (total length 300 cm) and 4 shelves. The space above the bath can be used as a storage / utility room because the bathroom (h = 240 cm) will be lower than the rest of the apartment.
