The main space consists of a bright and cozy living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room includes a quite large sofa with a TV area, library and even a small working area. The kitchen is moved to the bathroom wall. This way the costs are minimized, thanks to the existing plumbing installation. Also, it is a perfect place for a kitchen, right after the entrance, and it enables enough space for all necessary equipment.
Behind the living room library there is one quite practical bedroom. It consists of a wardrobe, double bed and large storage space (6 m2). A storage space is provided under the bed, by making the bed support out of Ikea kitchen cabinets. It is probably the most affordable solution too, and it is possible to make it easily by yourself.
