Here I proposed 2 layout alternatives:
Option 1: Master bedroom+ en-suite bathroom, 2 single bedroom, and a study room
Option 2: Master bedroom+ en-suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom
The only difference is in the study room / twin bedroom, all the other remains the same.
- The living room is large enough for any preference of sofa arrangement. It can be changed with L-Sofa, or added with armchairs. Currently I put 3-seater and 2-seater sofa which I found the most spacious arrangement.
- All bathroom are near the existing plumbing line, so it will be easy to apply from the current condition.
- The kitchen is located still near the existing kitchen position, so the plumbing, grey water line should be easy as well.
