Gaeta Mare

The design concept focuses on creating a bright, functional, and elegant Mediterranean apartment that maximizes the limited interior space while enhancing the connection with the terrace and sea view.
The layouts were reorganized to clearly define sleeping, living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom areas without creating unnecessary circulation, allowing the apartment to feel more spacious and efficient.
Natural materials, warm neutral tones, light oak finishes, soft textiles, and subtle coastal accents were used to create a calm and timeless atmosphere inspired by Gaeta’s seaside context.
Built-in storage, compact furniture, glass partitions, and integrated lighting solutions were introduced to improve usability while keeping the spaces visually clean and uncluttered.
Overall, the proposal transforms the existing outdated apartment into a modern, comfortable, and highly functional home that respects the architectural constraints while making the most of natural light and outdoor living.
