Commercial - Co-Working
For the renovation of Tirrena's offices, what I considered most important was creating a well-connected and functionally fluid space, where it would be possible to observe how people work while also strengthening teamwork.
The floor-to-ceiling glass panels make the space feel much larger and cleaner, while also allowing natural sunlight to enter, making work activities more comfortable.
As soon as you come up the stairs and reach the reception area, you are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere, with plants all around.
The space includes all the areas and requirements requested by the client, and we were even able to reuse all the furniture provided in the PDF.
There are a total of five bathrooms. The four used by employees and clients were modified: they are now smaller but more efficient, and they are hidden from view, which improves the overall visual feel of the office.
To avoid complications when relocating the pipes, the floor in that area was raised slightly, allowing for the installation of siphons without having to break the concrete slab.
The private bathroom was not modified, as it functions properly; the only suggestion is to replace the tiles with more modern ones.
