Given you instructions and desires I have incorporated everything into my design and provided you with a solution for one bedroom and two bedroom apartments that will not take up much of time and money when you decide to make the change. I have made the space easy to use and maintain on weekend and longer stays. It is sufficient for two but can accommodate more without being crowded. Conversion from one bedroom to two bedroom can be accomplished just by putting a wall and additional door without disrupting anything else. I hope you like it. Best regards
