The proposed design is a combination of modern and contemporary into an artistic form. The entrance leads to a Formal living, to an informal family space leading to kitchen and dining. The house is divided into three zones being Public, Semi-public and private being bedrooms. The concept uses a lot of glass partitions and open spaces maintaining the flow between the three zones to unify them as one space. The tucked in study near dining explores the outside green inside yet maintaining a seclusion from the private areas next to the fireplace. There are many walls and corners highlighted in the design to utilise the existing art furniture and paintings enriching the design.
This design is on a conceptual level therefore, the 3D visuals provide an idea of the essence of space.
The proposal includes two floor plan options with changes in the living area and the bedroom areas. Also a lighting positioning plan attached.
