from mill to house

The current project design proposal represents the idea of a one floor 210sq.m house. The main entrance is on west combining an access from the garage and the garden. The open living room and kitchen face the south with a view to the pool and the extensive yard. The dining table is designed to be in a space semi-indoor and semi-outdoor on the side of an outdoor sitting area (which could be enclosed too if needed). The main part of the house accommodates a studio with sofa-bed, desk and TV.

The "private" part of the house consist two master bedrooms facing south and the view of the pool, with walk-in closets and bathrooms. This part of the house accommodates the maid room and the laundry as the maid could work separately from the representative part of the house.
