Tenuto conto delle invarianti come l’ingresso, le finestre, la struttura portante e la colonna fecale, il progetto risponde alle richieste della committenza che prevedono la riconfigurazione dell’appartamento in un B&B. Il progetto prevede, come richiesto, tre camere doppie (con letto matrimoniale) tutte fornite di bagno esclusivo, una zona soggiorno e una cucina comuni, oltre a i necessari locali accessori come una lavanderia e un ripostiglio per riporre la biancheria di ricambio.
Dall’ingresso si accede direttamente nello spazio comune su cui si affacciano i locali accessori e l’angolo cottura completamente attrezzato. Tale spazio termina con lo spazio soggiorno – pranzo dove è possibile consumare i pasti e la colazione, rilassarsi guardando la TV o stando semplicemente seduti sul divano.
Per poter dotare le camere dei servizi esclusivi è stato necessario prevedere una controparete lungo la parete esterna all’interno della quale posizionare le tubazioni di scarico. Per specifica richiesta i bagni, tutti identici, non hanno il bidet ma hanno la doccia di dimensioni 90x116. Dei tre solo uno ha luce e areazione diretta, gli altri due saranno forniti di areazione forzata.
Taking into account the invariants such as the entrance, the windows, the load-bearing structure and the fecal column, the project responds to the client's requests which include the reconfiguration of the apartment into a B&B. The project includes, as requested, three double bedrooms (with double bed) all equipped with an exclusive bathroom, a common living area and kitchen, as well as the necessary ancillary rooms such as a laundry room and a storage room for storing spare linen.
The entrance leads directly into the common area overlooked by the ancillary rooms and the fully equipped kitchenette. This space ends with the living room - dining room where you can have meals and breakfast, relax while watching TV or simply sitting on the sofa.
In order to equip the rooms with exclusive services, it was necessary to provide a false wall along the external wall within which to position the drainage pipes. Upon specific request, the bathrooms, all identical, do not have a bidet but have a 90x116 shower. Of the three, only one has light and direct ventilation, the other two will be equipped with forced ventilation.
