Description

The basic idea behind the project is to split a large apartment and create two mini-apartments with a day zone (living/dining area, a small study, a kitchen, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom) on the lower level and the night zone (sleeping area) tucked in the mezzanine level making use of the ample existing ceiling height.
Such a configuration allows natural light in the mezzanine level but maintains the privacy required for the sleeping area.
A minimal furnishing is suggested in order to open up the flow of space and favor natural lighting.
