The main idea was to optimise spaces in order to create two comfortable apartments. The big one has a private room, with an open space for cooking, relaxing and studying with a complete bathroom.
the second apartment, is a big open space with a virtual separation between relax area and study area. You can decide to put a futon or a high bed over a sofa to optimize the space. It has also a big comple bathroom.
Furniture is simple and modern.
