Hello, I have categorized the rooms as: Type 1 (2 Nos)- Standard Rooms (14sqm) which are double bed rooms with a bathroom, Type 2 (17 Nos) - Premium Rooms (20sqm) which are double bed rooms with a sofabed and a kitchenette, Type 3 (3 Nos)- Suite Rooms (30 sqm) that have a partition between the living area with a sofabed and the double bed, and Type 4 (1 Nos)- Presidential Suite (70sqm) that has 2 double bed rooms, a living area with a sofa bed and a dedicated dining space. In Room series 104 and 207, the load bearing wall is cut into arches to facilitate the wardrobe and kitchenette accessibility.
