The design proposal that I have developed consists of two apartments. The largest has a room with a double bed, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed to accommodate more people. The smallest apartment has a room with two single beds, a kitchen, dining room and a sofa made on site, in front it has a TV.
The apartments can be used independently. One for rent and the other for the owner's use. When the client wants to use the two apartments and turn them into one, he will have to move a sliding door that is between the two rooms.
The entire floor is made of wood as well as all the walls except for the bathrooms.
The bathrooms are now more spacious.
