With this project I used all the space available between the living
area and the sleeping area. The new plan is subdivided into three different zones, as can be read
in the following description: the first one includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The right
bathroom (WC1) is wider than the old one. For this zone there are
two different possible solutions (see project layout and project
layout n°1).

The second zone is the living area, where there is even the access
for the spare room (BR3) and the third bathroom (WC3).

The last zone provide a small laundry separated by a wall from the
kitchen which incorporates the dinning room. Between the living area and the sleeping area there is also a wide
closet. On the right side of the apartment entrance there is a small
wardrobe. The renders show an hypothetical furnishing , including the colors of
the walls and the type of flooring. The renders refer only to the living area. It's possible to see the
furnitures arrangement of the rest of the apartment from the project
layouts. The approximate price of the entire project is € 385,00/mq. This
price doesn't include (windows, doors, furniture, bathroom furniture
