Briefing

I need to mix in one room a window showroom and an office. The office has two desks: a desk serves the commercial staff for the negotiation with the customer, a desk serves the administrative staff.
We want to create a welcoming, functional, and modern environment so that potential customers can explore products effectively. We want to expose 3 or 4 double-hung window of about 1.6 meters high and 1.10 meters wide, a shutter door high about 2 meters and wide about 1 meter, some mosquito nets, some roller shutters , some handles. We would also like to insert a sliding window frame but we do not know if the square footage of the room actually allows it. In the furnishing elements a painting that tells the company’s story, a painting that tells our values, a picture with the team’s photo. The floor plan shows the size of our property. The room is bordered by another office sublet to an activity that cooperates with us and at the moment the two zones have no divisions. We would appreciate to receive also a render of your proposal.
