In this plan, we tried to fulfill your wishes in design.
Large living room with spaces like kitchen and proper connection with other spaces and pay attention to drains.
Avoiding extra space, allocating suitable closets and having privacy were some of the design ideas.
Dear customer, I have prepared a plan for you (plan #1). But if you like the bathroom and toilet to be together and the laundry room is big, you can use plan number 2. But I think plan number 1 (the main plan) is more suitable because I don't think it is suitable for the bathroom and toilet to be together.

Living room, closet, kitchen, dining room, laundry and drying room, toilet, bathroom for all, private bathroom for father and mother, bedroom for children, bedroom for parents.
