Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Appena entrati, si nota l'ingresso, il primo ambiente. Un piccolo spazio d'ingresso, composto da toni e rivestimenti in legno, una credenza e un bellissimo specchio.
Subito dopo questo ambiente, possiamo osservare l'intera zona sociale della casa, e la prima area ad essere molto visibile è il soggiorno/sala da pranzo, perché sono due aree che sono state integrate, per ottenere un buon uso dell'illuminazione naturale e della ventilazione.
Il soggiorno dispone di un divano super confortevole, di un pannello TV bello e differenziato integrato con un armadio e una mensola per libri/oggetti decorativi.
Nel soggiorno si trova un bel tavolo da pranzo di grandi dimensioni, che ben si combina con la parete rivestita di pietre che si trova al suo fianco. Alcuni elementi decorativi come il ciondolo e i quadri hanno fatto la differenza!
La cucina a destra della sala da pranzo, in cui troviamo molti armadietti, ampi piani di lavoro, oltre a un'isola centralizzata, con spazio per 3 sgabelli. Oltre ad essere super completo e spazioso, in un'estetica più pulita, perché sono stati utilizzati toni più neutri e chiari, come il marmo.
È possibile accedere al balcone sia dalla sala da pranzo che dalla cucina, è un ambiente molto ampio e perfetto per ore di svago e riposo! Oltre, naturalmente, a garantire una buona illuminazione dell'intero ambiente sociale interno.
Il bagno sociale si trova vicino all'ingresso della casa, in quanto è più facile da raggiungere per le visite e mantiene una buona distanza dalla zona cucina e dalla zona pranzo. La lavanderia è stata installata nel corridoio tra gli ambienti intimi della casa, dietro una porta scorrevole (perfetta per nascondere gli oggetti per l'igiene e la pulizia), oltre ad essere molto funzionale.
Oltre alla suite completa (composta da guardaroba, zona notte e bagno), abbiamo progettato anche un'altra camera da letto, che ospita due letti singoli e altri due armadi.
Oltre a questa opzione, ne ho realizzata un'altra, che potete vedere nelle immagini che ho caricato, in cui ho cambiato alcune posizioni, per essere più facile da visualizzare e decidere quale funziona meglio per la famiglia, ma la quantità di mobili rimane la stessa per entrambe le opzioni. Le immagini in 3D si basano sulla prima opzione, in cui ho utilizzato uno stile moderno e contemporaneo.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
As soon as you enter, you notice the entrance hall, the first room. A small entrance space, consisting of wood tones and paneling, a sideboard and a beautiful mirror.
Immediately after this room, we can observe the entire social area of the house, and the first area to be very visible is the living/dining room, because these are two areas that have been integrated, to get good use of natural lighting and ventilation.
The living room has a super comfortable sofa, a nice and differentiated TV panel integrated with a closet and a shelf for books/decorative items.
In the living room is a nice large dining table, which combines well with the stone-covered wall at its side. Some decorative elements such as the pendant and pictures made a difference!
The kitchen to the right of the dining room, where we find lots of cabinets, large countertops, as well as a centralized island with room for 3 stools. In addition to being super complete and spacious, in a cleaner aesthetic, because more neutral and light tones were used, such as marble.
You can access the balcony from both the dining room and the kitchen, it is a very spacious room and perfect for hours of leisure and rest! As well as, of course, providing good lighting for the entire indoor social environment.
The social bathroom is located near the entrance of the house, as it is easier to reach for visits and maintains a good distance from the kitchen and dining area. The laundry room was installed in the hallway between the intimate rooms of the house, behind a sliding door (perfect for hiding hygiene and cleaning items), as well as being very functional.
In addition to the full suite (consisting of a closet, sleeping area and bathroom), we also designed another bedroom, which houses two single beds and two more closets.
In addition to this option, I made another one, which you can see in the images I have uploaded, in which I changed some of the locations to be easier to visualize and decide which one works best for the family, but the amount of furniture remains the same for both options. The 3D images are based on the first option, in which I used a modern, contemporary style.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you best.
